50% of fees to be paid with registration and remainder may be paid on the weekend.  If withdrawal from a workshop is made up to 7 days before the workshop, a full refund of the fees will be made, less a 20% administration charge.  Cancellations made less than 24 hours before a workshop commences will result in a 75% administration and cancellation fee.  If a workshop is cancelled a full refund of fees will be made.
